Mike is incredibly helpful. I spent 3 days working with the the customer call center trying to track down a package for a patient only to get conflicting answers and basically be sent on a wild goose chase. I stopped by this store to see if someone could help me and Mike went above and beyond to find my lost package and answer my questions. I really appreciate his dedication and his honesty.
