Almost $14 to print about 20 pages from my email. Is way too expensive. Use the library. The library is free. Unfortunately the library was closed today because of the holiday but printing any big amount of documents is way too much money

I was in a hurry after work and had to send a package to japan to someone very special and a gentleman helped me out very kindly about the shipments around 7:30pm on 01/15/2021.He explained me about the taxes in japan and customs in japan how they check and regulate the orders or shipments. Very attentive and experienced about his job. Got me everything in the package and described the items inside so there wouldn’t be issues while sending the shipment to japan and saved me from sending it in priority dispatch. Im so thankful that they were open late and helped me with the order. If iam correct his name is richard. Thank you
