This FedEx location is clearly overwhelmed and Charles is an example of a lazy, incompetent employee. He didn’t know the pricing of our order before we placed it, he forgot about it, then he complained to us that we called and spoke to a manager regarding it. I’ve gotten business taken care of at different FedEx locations and have never felt as disrespected as I did here. As a business owner, I pride myself in training my employees to treat our guests with dignity and class. This location lacks basic customer service skills from the manager down to Charles. And to top it off, they had no problem overcharging me. The posted price of $17.95 conveniently jumped to $107 when I arrived 4 hours later to pick it up. Feeling insulted, I left and went to Office Max (who was amazing by the way) and paid a whopping $38 with my prints completed within 15 minutes. I will never again visit this FedEx location, and if this storefront is representative of the entire organization, I don’t see myself supporting it as a whole either.
