incompetent and rude employees (bald manager) refused to assist with simple shipping via corporate account issue. The so called manager didnt ask one single question or even attempt to problem solve the issue simply said couldnt help. i had to drive all the way across town to my old fedex for assistance. you’d be better off with the post office if we’re being honest
