No consistency. I was charged $8.99 for about 6-7 inches of bubble wrap to go inside the small box I was shipping. I mail this same item often through the company I do work for, and sometimes I drop it off, they put a little bubble wrap in the small box and it’s done. But other times, like today, I was charged for it. The guy who was helping me today wasn’t going to fill the small box with anything, so when I suggested the bubble wrap, I guess he was ‘put out’ for having to pull some out. Yet, I have a co-worker in Carrollton, who ships the exact item often like I do, and is never charged. Either charge for it or don’t!

Okay location for a drop off, and printing banners went pretty quick too. Brought in a USB stick and walked out with a three foot banner. Color looked great and they trimmed it up nice.
