I was there Thursday morning on the 29th of October 2020The lady provided excellent service.It was early morning and half sleepy so forgot the mask but she made sure that I would wear one that was available by the pole to ensure safety and understood that I had forgotten to wear my mask it a polite mannerOne suggestionI had missed my package Sunday morning and called the customer representative over the phone and they told me to pick up at this location (3201) On Sunday around 4-5 pm. I quickly searched for operation hours on location and saw closed and I told the representative over the phone that the google mentions as closed today as it is Sunday, but she replied,” Sir, I am more reliable than Google. The system says it’s open.” I don’t blame the representative as I guess she probably saw the status of the location as “Open” in her system.I just would like to suggest to communication to see this “hours of operations” related issue with the FedEx corporate and see how either one can be updated to avoid confusion. Update hours of operation on Google or at the system that the representative over the phone referring to.I hope it helps..I will also be posting the image on what the google states to the hours of operation.
