Ellis, Daysha, Trent and Victoria always take care of us! These are the best people and they are so kind, friendly and helpful. It is so nice to walk in and be greeted by name. They know us and our family and it is a pleasure to bring packages to them as well as give printing and binding projects to them. Great team, great service! We are grateful for their work.

I went to this FedEx place because it was on the way back from work. More importantly, parking was easy with so many available spots, even a couple of 15-min parking spots, which is all you need if you want to just drop off a package. My wait was slightly longer than anticipated and therefore the 4/5 rating; there was only 1 employee to assist customers.

Sadly, typical unprofessional, untrained, obnoxious employees who cause MANY problems IF not watched at every turn to ensure there are no gross, negligent errors. GO ELSEWHERE IF POSSIBLE … NOT WORTH THE UNNECESSARY MAJOR HASSLE.
