I’ve been disappointed with both of my visits.For my first visit, I had to fax something over to another company. The lady in the cast was nice to me for the first 4 minutes. The fax took a while, and she became more and more irritated with me. I asked if I could have my original copies back and she said “give me a minute” with an attitude.Today, I came in to ship a package. She (the lady with the cast) was taping up a small box when I walked in. She looked up at me once, then told Amber (another associate) to come help me instead. Amber was great, she helped me out a lot. Then, 10 seconds later, another lady walks in behind me, the lady with the cast throws the box she was working on to the side and she helps her instead.. Mind you, she wasn’t finished taping the box. I think that was extremely rude. I don’t know why she didn’t want to help me, let alone look at me, But was extremely eager to help the lady who walked in right behind me. I am of color and the lady who walked in behind me was white. So yes I am taking offense.

Tried to send two packages. Already had them addressed to their correct recipient. Employee at FedEx put the wrong shipping label on the wrong packages and now my customers have eachother packages. AND no one could help me right the wrong so I have to use a different service to get the packages to the right people. Cute!
