Have printed multiple times at this location and have never had a problem. I’ve created guest list large boards for our engagement party, and even printed our wedding programs here! Quality was great, and turnaround time was just 24 hours! Employees were helpful and prompt! Just know that you cannot access email on site, so bring a laptop or keep your printable options on a flash drive!

I placed a print order last night and received a call from Xavier this morning. He explained he was unable to print anything I uploaded because it contained copyrighted material. The job included Sesame Street characters because it was decorations for my son’s 1st birthday party. I explained to him the character images were correctly downloaded on sites that allowed personal use of the images, the images would be used to decorate for the party only, and I was not making a profit on them in any way. He told me it did not matter and this was the policy of FedEx. He was not open to helping in any way. I found the interaction to be extremely poor customer service because of the way I was spoken to, not because I wasn’t able to have them print my images. He just kept saying my explanations didn’t matter because it was FedEx policy. This is not a way to keep customers. I will use other printing and shipping services.
