The counter person at store was quite nice and pleasant. That’s when it went down hill. I paid to have my package shipped overnight. Very expensive. I elected to have it arrive the next day before 10:30am. The package did not arrive until 2 1/2 days after the scheduled time. First customer service agent hung up on me. The next one was impossible to understand. The manager informed me that it was a weather delay. Not quite sure what weather delay causes a 2 1/2 day delay. They also could not identify where it was so they opened a case. When I asked for a reduction in shipping cost there answer was weather and COVID.DONE WITH FEDEX!!!!!!!!!! They deserve 0 stars.
