Ok came here to print label from phone didnt know you got to send file to the email of their first , they cant print it out from scanning phone.also no wifi in store so i went to train to send it also cost $3 per min to use computer to print on office in fedex. So please remember to send the file first to this address on email overall all good nice women working all female no male .

To tape a box cost $5 and I’m talking 2-3 pieces of tape. The staff are courteous. I don’t have any issues with them, just the ridiculous price to tape a box.

staff is knowledgeable but website for credit card payment is horrible it keeps rejecting my payment but it keeps charging my card. 4 stars for staff on site, 0 stars for stupid website.
