I just called Fedex CS and a very unprofessional CS representative- JOHM JUARC refused to transfer me to the manager. The reason I called: FedEx Lost 2 of my packages in a week. Why? Because there is a delivery person who does not want to work! He is constantly delivering packages to my building for other locations and probably he lost misdeliver my packages too. Why? I do not know, maybe it is hard to understand that 1569 is a different number than 1576 or 1589. I would like to report this delivery person and I want the staff I paid for delivered to me. FedEx representative refused to provide any help and he said that I can post my complaint anywhere, that is what I did. I hope the manager will address this issue because it did NOT the first time when it has happened!

Horrible Stuff, They don’t care about customer !.I guess Manager of store working in FEDEX since 2003 (Adam ) I see on name tag , But did’t learn anything , I ask for help regarding my account ignore me and even did’t attention to me. FEDEX Staff lady member sitting on computer with other client more then 45 min. I was waiting 45 min in this 2233 Nostrand ave FEDEX Office , All staffs ignored me . Horrible experience ever !.it is shame , such Mega Company hired such rude and carless staffs. NO Recommended any to this branch …………………

They are awful.I ordered for pick up printing service a week ago.I went to the store for picking up, but after I got home and I checked in the envelope, I realized didn’t have some pages. So I emailed the,M, but they emailed me back “ you can come back for rest of the documents.” But I am not living in the neighborhood, so I emailed them back if the could ship or not. But they keep ignoring me. They didn’t give me back money. “They stole my money”
