Horrible self-serve printer. I printed a few hundred pages and the printer mixed the pages/printed them out of order. I informed the rep and he graciously nodded, implying he already knew. What would’ve typically been a fast 5 minute print job ended up being 30 minutes after the pages were printed as I had to manually reorganize the pages again. I had to push back my meeting that needed the agreements. Horrible customer service. Employees have no care in the world/no sense of urgency. This explains the overall poor reviews on Google. Management should be fired for hiring incompetence.
