These people are rude and made me feel uncomfortable. I wanted to send 10 packages and because I do not have a business account, WITH THEM, it was profoundly frowned upon by the woman working there. Walmart is for people, not businesses. Why are you in Walmart if you do not want to services individuals? If I could give ZERO STARS, I would!!!

Called and spoke with Mariah who was very helpful about explaining the new COVID procedures for taking passport photos. She was busy, but kind and courteous. Made me feel comfortable to work with them.

If I could do no stars I would. This location mixed up the labels on 2 of my boxes, so they went to the wrong location. When I called to find out how they were going to fix it they told me it wasn’t their fault and they wouldn’t be making it right. I called FedEx customer service who told me that it had to be the store that made the situation right. I have now spent $100 getting these 2 boxes to the correct locations. This is ridiculous, their customer service is horrible and very unprofessional.
