Team members Lawrence and Kate are terrific! I had to ship approximately 30 boxes across the country, some of which I needed help packing, and had multiple trips to this location. Both of these individuals were pleasant and very efficient and knowledgeable as to how to get the job done and do so quickly! I can’t say enough about how easy they made this process.

I was a little skeptical when it came to trying out their printing services but I figured I’d give it a shot.FedEx was running a 50% off all canvas prints special. I figured I had nothing to lose.I tried placing an online order but instead I ended up placing a phone order. I’m so glad I did! The staff was extremely nice and very accommodating. Cortlan answered all my questions and concerns. They made sure to send me photos of my project to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my canvas print and size.I had such a great experience trying FedEx printing for the first time and I’m so happy with my results. The convenient thing is I was able to get my canvas shipped right away. I can’t wait for my family to receive their awesome canvas gift. Thank you FedEx and thank you Cortlan for providing superb customer service.If you’re skeptical. Do it. Give them a chance. Especially this location!

HORRIBLE LEVEL OF SERVICE. I PURCHASED SOMETHING AT WALMART TO PICK UP AT THIS LOCATION.WE GAVE THEM ORDER NUMBER AND CAME WITH ID.WE SPOKE WITH THE MANAGER WHO DOES NOT KNOW WHATS GOING ON.THEY STILL DID NOT WANT TO GIVE US THE PACKAGE!HORRIBLE!
