Lady at front desk when leaving exam is always rude. Must be related to someone there. I have been waiting over a month for them to submit a simple request to my insurance provider foradditional treatment and they never had. No one calls with follow-ups. The best thing that I can say about this place is that the techs are awesome. At least they make you feel like they care.

Everyone is extremely friendly they have seating so that everyone is 6 feet apart masks are required and they ask you if you’ve been exposed to the virus the doctors are very nice and efficient

I had a metal fragment embedded in my eye for five days, and when I arrived was in considerable pain, I had been under the assumption I had a scratched cornea, and when I was examined by Dr Hamar, it took all of three seconds for him to identify the issue. He was able to remove the metal successfully and my eye is in recovery. I was very pleased with their service and the outcome. Thank you Feather River!
