I am passing on that I have had great experiences with this company locally owned at 5th Avenue Mall. The manager Dan and staff have gone way out of their way to help us. We live in rural AK and now only go to Fast Fix for watch repairs, jewelry repairs, cleaning, etc. We know we can absolutely rely on quick, professional service. We have also had some out of the norm stuff happen with a keepsake watch and they overhauled it and made sure it was fixed and works reliably. I do not normally do reviews. But I think this profession really relies on its reputation and so I thought enough of their professionalism and excellent service that I wanted to recommend them to others.
