I took my mother’s sterling silver neck chain, my ring which has more sentimental than monetary value, and an old ring which has an amber stone. The chain was repaired expertly as was the ring. I was told that the amber ring is very old and that it could not be repaired because the setting could break. I asked if the stone could be removed and placed on another setting. I was asked not to destroy what is a very old ring with hand etchings on the pewter setting. The latter spoke volumes about this business’ integrity. Thank you for the great repairs.

I brought my 1920’s Bulova Miss Liberty Watch for servicing. It was running fast. The watched was fully serviced and running beautifully when I picked it up 2 weeks later. The price for service was much more reasonable than other places, mechanical watches take skill and craftsmanship and I am very happy with the job. He said the work was guaranteed and to bring it back if I had problems. Will definitely visit Fast Fix again for repairs and maintenance.

These guys rock! My boyfriend bought me this ring as my Christmas present last year, and unfortunately the stone fell out a few months later. I brought it in to Fast Fix at the Glendale Galleria and not only were they fast (my repair was done within 10 minutes), they were extremely professional and kind. They even polished my ring! Now it looks just as it did last year when it was brand new. I will always go to them for my jewelry and watch repair needs. I can’t say enough kind things about these guys! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs to get repairs done.
