The place is clean and has a wide selection. The only downfall is customer service. I even asked a staff member why there is a lack of customer service and was told the people in charge (owner or manager-it was unclear) wants the staff to just work and not socialize so much or at all…which hurts customer service because they can’t go out and help the customers unless they are approached for assistance in getting an item or dressing room. I’m sure there is some good talent in there that could help sales by adding on to purchases and making the customers feel welcome.
