I took my friend here for their Black Friday sale. We entered, an employee was sitting at the table and didn’t get up, not even to greet us or read the advertisement – in front of an elderly woman with a cane. We asked to see the Nintendo Switch Lite; she brought us the Switch (the original). We asked to see the gray Nintendo Switch Lite, she brought us the blue. Took a few more tries to get the gray one and she took as much time as possible to bring these to us, even though they were mere steps behind her. She tells us they are $399 – the price of the original Switch. I show her that Nintendo themselves sells the Switch Lite for $199. Her response? We don’t price match here. I’m sorry, you don’t price match the manufacturer? You’re really going to have the audacity to charge twice the manufacturer’s price even when confronted about your dishonesty? If you like being scammed and your intelligence insulted by the employee’s inability to do basic elementary-level math, look no further than this predatory hellscape. The store itself reeks of ingenuine intentions and cheap carpeting.
