Horrible service, I asked the worker inside if I could get a mask because I couldn’t find mine and he told me in such a rude manner to get out the store and he’ll hand it to me outside because of my germs……But yet I can touch a keypad that hasn’t been wiped down after many people touched? Or I can try on shoes right after someone? I get to be safe but to be rude about it was such horrible service.

My family’s had a great experience at Famous Footwear Outlet in West Lancaster, Ca. The two associates were super nice and helpful. We were asked if we needed assistance more than once but it wasn’t to the point of being annoying. They have a variety of shoes….my whole family was able to find shoes here from sizes 8-12.
