First, there were 3 employees working at the time my son and I entered the store, I was only there for maybe 10 – 15 minutes and had found what I wanted. However, there were two employees at the check out counter!! Both with a costumer, the first women was helping her female costumer with what appeared to be some return items. However they were more interested in the ladies clothing, something stitched here and there, and the brand, this went on for 30 minutes!!!! The other young lady was helping her costumer with baby shoes!! And the way was that she had six large boxes behind her with dozens of baby shoes. Here’s where it really upset me!! Instead of having the lady move over to the side to look for more shoes so to help other customers, she stood at the counter for the longest time looking for different shoes!! The line behind me was getting longer, both employees saw this and ignored the other shoppers and myself!!!! I could go on for quite some time, but I’m sure you have better things to do besides read this, the only reason I am doing so is because they ask for a rating. So instead of going off in the store, I put in writing. Piss poor customer service at best.

I went in the store to purchase GOOD walking shoes, the young girls working there ARE NOT TRAINED SHOE SALESMEN, THEY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT FITTING SHOES TO CUSTOMER NEEDS. I purchased a pair of shoes based on their help, they did not fit, they were one size to big & to wide, within 1 hour of wearing them I had blisters on my heels & intense back pain from my toes bouncing around inside the shoes. When I returned then I was informed by the store manager that their shoes are for looks not function. and that I should go the Johnsons Shoes if I require good fitting shoes.
