Unfortunately today I had to make a return to the Famous Footwear store on Sanford Blvd., Mt. Vernon, NY; the individual that I dealt with was the rudest, most ignorant individual that I’ve ever dealt with ANYWHERE! Her name tag said Tanya…I asked for a manager, she said that she was the manager…if this is the only individual that this store can hire they should consider closing this store.I just learned that there’s a Famous Footwear in the mall at Bay Plaza.
