I have shopped here since I moved into the neighborhood 5 years ago. I have always walked up there with my daughter in her stroller and left my stroller at the front and shopped and then got my stroller back for the walk back home. Well that wasn’t the case today. I walked in ready to transfer my 4 year old that is on the autism spectrum and a runner if she gets away from you. I was told to leave. I tried telling the lady why my daughter was in the stroller and that I always leave it at the front and then get it when we leave. She didn’t want to listen just kept telling me loudly with everyone staring at us NO NO you have to leave you have to go. So not only do they not welcome small children that aren’t able walk a long way to get there but they also don’t allow special needs children into their store. I have never felt so singled out and embarrassed in my whole life. Not only that but so very hurt that a business that is supposed to help charities is so cruel to children with special needs and their parents. I will never go back to any of these stores and I will be letting everyone with special needs children to steer clear of this place because they are so hateful. It’s hard in a world with a child that is like all the rest but when you are singled out and being yelled at it is something totally different and is just so unfair.

Love the selection and prices. The lady on the speaker started announcing the cash register and doors would be closing in 15 min at 8:20 (when they close at 9!) and they started TURNING OFF lights at 8:30. I get that it’s the end of the day and everyone wants to go home but it made my first trip here a terrible experience! The lady with the large white and black flames glasses was SO rude (I think she was also the one on the speaker). She sighed and rolled her eyes at me when I asked her to give me the 50% tag discount on the sign and barked directions on how to use the card reader.
