Placed an order June 1st. Received an email order comfirmation and credit card billed. Have called many times and no body will answer the phone. As of August 17th still have not received the product. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Now in process to get my money back.

Ordered a replacement part the first of March 2020. It was suppose to be received in 7-10 days. Called after two weeks due to not receiving and no updates.We were told they were behind but it shipped and they tracked it saying it was still in their warehouse and it would leave the next day. 2 weeks later still not received. Called again. Told it would be leaving and sorry that happened. Called two weeks later, still have not received it. Lady said she would txt the other location to make sure it was going to be shipped. Called today 4/30 and now they say it’s been out of stock the entire time. Don’t waste your time with this joke of a company. If they could at least communicate correctly it would be fine. Now I’m wondering if they even know how to tell the truth or even have the knowledge of processing a refund.
