The owner took the time to listen to me talk to him about what I was wanting and needed. I gave a down payment on a trailer. I went back a few days later and finished my purchase. Each time at his office he made me feel welcome and offered me a beverage. I purchased a 5th wheel and he delivered it and set it up on site for me. Nick noticed that during the previous nights storm the bathroom vent cover had been broken. He had it replaced and didn’t charge me a thing. He is an upstanding guy and so are the gentlemen who work with him. Thank you Nick David and Mark for the great service.

Pretty solid experience. Nothing stellar, but I walked away satisfied. The RV I bought was listed as needing some TLC, and it absolutely did. There was a leak in the roof (and a lot of wood rot as a result), the black water tank was half full, the carpets were dirty, etc. The dealership was patient while I looked over and tested things for several hours, and they called in their service tech to fix a couple of plumbing issues for me while I went off to lunch. I would’ve appreciated if they were more transparent about the issues I’d have to fix – nobody even mentioned the roof leak, for example. But they deserve some credit for fixing what I found while I was there, and for the good price that we agreed on.

I went in today with my husband to look at a few RVs I saw from Facebook Marketplace. The first man we ran into asked if we were buying an RV today. My husband told him not today but we were looking to see what they have. The sales man advised us that it would be a waste of his time to show us anything if we were not buying today. My husband wanted to leave. I called the number in the building and asked for someone else to show us the RV. Another man appeared with a cigarette in his mouth and walked us to the RV my husband asked to look at. He didn’t offer any information or details unless asked. He continued to stand outside and smoke until we were done looking then he just walked off. No questions, no follow up. He acted as if he were wasting his time. These interactions are the reason I would NEVER purchase from them no matter the deal.
