Today Sunday 5-12-19 i walked in to the family dollar on 9595 N.Loop store #06122 to buy a few things. When i went to the register i was treated extremly poorly !! I don’t remember the last time i walked out of a store very upset!! It was a miscommunication about a lip stick that i thought she rang up but i had it in my hand(for that it was my fault) and it was the way she treated me that was hurtful. I asked to speak with a manager and she very sarcastically louldly said it’s Luz Ortega. Ok may i speak with her please. Again very sarcastically louldly said she’s not here she’ll be here tomorrow morning. She in a very very mocking way wrote her name in a piece of paper and giggling at the same time. She was mocking me ! After i paid she told the next customer sarcastically Hi how are you the man replied good how are you and she again same attitude said well i guess i was still mocking me. I felt so embarrassed and very upset. What an unpleasant experience.
