I have been here about a dozen times since the remodel and the employees are usually so friendly and I love shopping here. Now the past couple of weeks I have had the same cashier four different times, and not once have I seen her greet anyone or say anything friendly or anything, she just stares blankly, no smile or kindness in her voice, no greeting or thank you. She says your order total and that’s pretty much it. I am hard of hearing and I try to be extra friendly when I sense someone having a bad day, but all she gives is silence and a stare. The breaking point for me today was her carelessly dropping my items into all one bag (not the first time but will be the last)- I won’t be back because of her. Customer service comes first, I don’t care if you hate your job or your customers.

No haircare products for ethnic people (African American). It would be nice to see diverse products for “All” people. The store is clean and orderly however the staff is rude and unwelcoming to those who do not look like them. The older lady is sweet and very welcoming. #Thestoreneedsmorediversity

Saturday’s at 4PM. The young lady that you have there gives horrible customer service. She sounds like she is bossing around people. How can you expect us customers to return to your store like that? At this particular store you keep hiring people who don’t even seem to appreciate what it means to have a job. Am gonna keep buying my stuff at Amazon. I have free delivery anyways.
