I love Family Dollar but shopping here is hard as they have no baskets! Customers run off with them and do not bring them back! They should not be able to take the carts outside anymore.. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. I go there regularly.

Every thing was going great until the cashier was giving me my change. She gave me a torn up five dollar bill. I asked her if she could give me a different bill because part of it was torn off. She refused at first. Said it would spend like any other one would. I said that might be so but i didn’t want it can you please give me another. She said she couldn’t open up the register. She waited on two customers and said the register won’t open if they not paying cash. So the next customer had cah. She got a five dollar bill out and threw it on the counter. I said i didn’t throw any money at you so you need to hand it to me. She picked it up and pushed it at me so i snatched it from her. She was very unprofessional and she shouldn’t treat her customers like that. Can you please address this matter. She is an African American with braided hair and dark complexion. She had a very bad attitude.
