I mean MY Family Dollar on New York and Park Row is THE best one on this side of town. We are like family! Have had NO problems with anything I’ve ever purchased there. They always have everything thats needed, did pretty good when the pandemic came through as well. They have had some personnel changes in the four years that I have been shopping there and I can only assume for position or career advancement because each person that has managed there,are great in customer service, very friendly!

Just heard three of your reps discussing a disabled customer out in front of customers and laughing. Didn’t realize a customer asking for accommodation was something to be mocked. Your store is average at best, but this was enough to encourage me to seek out other locations.
