Well, I have a lot to say about this specific location, most likely too much for this review so I’ll just sum it up, I bought a bluetooth speaker (25 bucks) unboxed it and realized only one speaker (out of two) was working, so I decided to try and return it and exchange it for a different one, (mind you, this all happened within 5 hours and I had the receipt) after explaining to the manager what this speaker was not doing (working) she pointed at a sign behind me and said sorry we have a no return policy, I explained I just wanted to exchange it for a different one and I showed receipt, nonetheless, she refused to accept a broken product this store sold me, and said they had a no return policy on everything, so went to another location and with ease after explaining the situation, manager did the exchanged with no issues. So avoid this unprofessional hippocratic people at all cost, they try and screw you at any chance they get. I don’t know the manager s name who refused to take back a broken product, but will be finding it and reporting it to corporate and others soon. She was a Hispanic or Chinese lady with glasses. Avoid this store at all costs.
