The store is clean and clear of clutter but some of the staff is so rude. I went in the store over 5 times because I purchased a new game Sega Genesis and it had just stopped working only played twice and when I went to the store to exchange it for a new one they keep giving me the run-around from one store to another. The final time I went in Cynthia sent to the other store. When I went to the other location I was told that they could not change anything from that previous location only they can do it. Who ever this Cynthia is she is very unprofessional and rude I will not be going back to that store.
