A store that has definitely had a lot of opportunities to manage and address this same time last year as most businesses do, but I can definitely say that this store has improved great deal in making this store a lot more customer and family friendly.If you are listening Family Dollar, we just as that you better control the capacity of how many customers you allow in the store at one time during store hours because after all, we are still in the middle of a pandemic…

I call this location the bum store. Outside, panhandlers greet you. Inside is a scene of total chaos. They are usually out of stock on at least one item you were looking for, although the place is so dishevelled it can be hard to tell whether they do or don’t have an item. Sometimes you can’t even physically access the isles or shelves because piles of stuff is blocking the way. I’ve never seen anything like it. And then if you do find something you want you usually have to stand in a long line at the registers to check out.On the plus side, Family Dollar is a great franchise for getting cleaning supplies at a good price. I recommend the location in Pleasant Valley though.
