Lisa (the manager) is kind hearted and the stores selection is probably, if not the best, definitely one of the more popular and reasonably priced. The men and women working there are kind as well. I love shopping at this resale shop. It’s my first choice, anyways. Items, like the clothing, are in good shape and prices are also doable… and very practical. I would have to comment that some of the furniture and electronics are over-priced. Nonetheless,it’s a great place. I’d recommend Crisis Center and give it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐’s!

Once in a while you’ll find a bargain but usually I just go in for a good laugh at the prices. It’s pretty ridiculous since the items are 100% profit! I attached photos of a couple of my favorite ridiculous finds here .. And yes.. That’s a bottle of Pantene that they don’t even make anymore, which by the date marked was already there 5 months.. No telling how old it is in reality.. And it was in the glass case I guess so no one would steal it lmao

So currently there dressing rooms are closed, which is understandable. However I still decided to buy jeans assuming I will be able to return them and receive a refund. There are signs at the register claiming they don’t do returns regarding the purchase of TVs. But nothing about clothes. I purchased the jeans go home try them on, they don’t fit so I must go return them. I come by, and wait in line and the lady at the cash register is telling the lady who is checking out in front of me to be cautious when purchasing because they do not take returns… of course this is the first time I am hearing this, no one mentioned that to me the day I purchased my items…I am upset so I decided to leave and call the manager a few hours later and he say as long as you have the receipt they do store credit. PLEASE EDUCATE YOUR WORKERS ABOUT STORE POLICY. Please educate your costumers about store policy. As a college student I don’t have the extra money that’s why I thrift. I am glad I received store credit, but I also don’t think I would’ve went out of my way to purchase something I was unsure about just to only receive store credit.
