Have you ever walked into a store in Malibu where the staff goes out of their way to be friendly and helpful? Me either. I love, love, love this store and the wonderful staff. Today my husband was shopping for a jacket. We found the jacket Nd wanted to use a gift card that we got online. The computer kept rejecting it, so our amazing sales associate called the store in Newport Beach to find out what to do. He must have apologized to us 5 times for the wait. We were fine waiting and he worked out the issue over the phone with the Newport store. The store is beautiful and inviting and we will definitely be back for their excellent customer service!

Shop online! The store hours are whatever the owners decide…we made a special trip to come here (drove 2 hours), arrive 50 minutes prior to the store closing, yet the workers just ignored us and wouldn’t even give us the courtesy to tell us why they closed nearly an hour early. Unfortunately I recommend shopping online, so much for trying to support local businesses by shopping in person.
