Don’t waste your time. They never have anything I need. Their staff doesn’t have the knowledge about their products. I now go to Artisan Vapes just a few minutes down on Collins. The customer service, knowledge and products far surpass that of ezfumes. Spend your money somewhere better.

This place is unorganized, and they can never find any of the coils I need, or the person at the counter has no knowledge of vape products. Ive been to other places and I just give them the name of the tank, and they give me the coil for it. This place is right around the corner from my house, so it would have been nice to get the product I came for, because of conveinance but Ill gladly drive a bit further for better customer service and knowing I can get what I need.
