I can’t say enough good things about this place. The people that work here are very nice and very professional. This was my first time seeing Dr. Feagin, and I wasn’t looking forward to it because I have very light sensitive eyes. My appointment was at 3:15 and my name was called at 3:20 (BIG, BIG plus for me! That tells me that this office is very organized!). The same girl worked with me from the beginning until I picked out my glasses and she was very nice from start to finish. I wish I could remember her name, but I’m very bad with names. Sorry! I’m not a big fan of Doctors in general, so I rarely go, but this office made it so easy. I was in and out in less than an hour! I’ve found my new eye doctor for sure! My entire family will be using Eye Care Associates from now on! Thank you!

I bought a pair of glasses back in November of 2020 they cost well over 250 dollars with my EyeMed insurance. In January I noticed the right arm was loose. When I opened them to put them on the arm just fell off. Apparently the pin broke. I took them back to Eyecare Associates and they wouldn’t replace them and told me they couldn’t be repaired. I hadn’t had them but 3 months. My insurance won’t replace another pair for a year. I did some research a place called Fix My Glasses repaired them but it cost me 79 dollars. I will never buy another pair of glasses from Eyecare Associates again. Terrible service when their product tears up. I’ve never had that happen before. I’ll stick with Len Crafters.

This is a really great place. The doctors and the others working here are extremely nice and friendly. They took a lot of time making sure that I got the best service possible. I’m extremely happy with my visit here. And will never go anywhere else.
