My experience was 5 stars from beginning to end. My first stop did not have the size I wanted, so they called another facility and was able to secure a space. They were cordial, friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure I was well informed. Thank You Miss Tanisha ( 23rd and Ave.I) you rock sweetie.

Oh my gosh! So, I had a bad day. My friend lost her place and has to move out soon. Neither one of us has ever had a storage unit. I decided to look into it for her while she was trying to find someone to help her back. This store was my 1st one on my list. Let me tell you this! I feel so bad for the lady inside. I was probably getting on her nerves. I was not prepared. I had no idea what size storage my friend needs. I don’t know the difference between climate control for units. Bless her heart, I kept asking her to explain everything to me a couple of times. I felt so embarrassed and overwhelmed. Tanisha explained everything, showed me the unit and even checked other locations to compare rates. She was sooooo patient with me. She was so kind and nice. She seems to really like her job. She spoke very highly of the location and customers. It is very well kept and secure. I definitely recommended this location to my friend. I would definitely trust to store my belongings there. I enjoyed Tanisha’s company during my visit. She was very pleasant.
