She was very informative nice made me feel really comfortable. She explained everything to me and if I had any questions answered them with no problem. She ensured that my code was working before I left. Very friendly environment that’s why I decided to use this storage unit again oh and she really cute too

With only a little time and a set budget I wasn’t sure if I was able to get a storage, but the manager at this location Shammy was and is still so awesome and kind, she understood my situation and really helped me out. I got setup with a promotion that has saved me money on my unit in less than 30 minutes and After being here for about 4 months now I can honestly say that the staff is great and the facilities are well maintained. I was moving out and I needed a space to store my belongings for a short time. I did my research and decided to call Extra Space. The representative on the phone was very helpful and told me, after I asked, of a 1-month free promotion. The only thing is I won’t be eligible for the web offer. Since I won’t be using the space for a long time, I agreed. She reassured me of any questions I had. When I went to the Extra Space Storage location at Armour Dr, Shammy was very helpful and kind. She answered all the questions I had. I like how she placed the green thank you sticker on all the locks at the storage site. I was able to close the unit early without any major issues. The place is clean and well kept. There are restrooms and a dumpster available on site. There are barbed wires on the fences which I like for security. Thank you.
