Having served in the RV industry for over forty five years, which included owning four RV dealerships, I have always made customer service my priority. Watching the RV industries rapid growth over the past seven years, breaking sales records year after year, I witnessed first hand traveling in my own RV that service and parts departments at dealerships could no longer keep up with the demand, having to wait up to four months for an appointment, dropping my coach off, waiting for parts, then returning to pick up my vehicle, was inconvenient and time consuming. We were stuck in Thermal, Ca when our slide would not go back in our toy hauler. We called many places and everyone was booked or unavailable. We live 100 miles away and did not know how we were going to get home. AAA would not tow with the slide out. Finally called Express Tech RV Repair specialist and Rudy was the tech that came out to help. He was heaven sent!!! The gears were seized and he fixed it and had us back on the road. I will definitely always have their number in my phone and highly recommend. Thank you Rudy for being so helpful and efficient.

Great service, Ray showed up on time. He was very professional, and nice also. He diagnosed my AC problem, explained how he would fix it. Then, in a short time, I had working AC.Thank you Ray.Highly recommended, I would call again with any repair issues I have.
