This is the worste place to go to , the owner just gives you an ugly stare he had asked for my ID as soon as I walked in making it seem like I’m some sort of criminal trying to steal. I asked a simple question about an item and he gets mad for me asking. I do not reccomend this location at all.

This is my first pawn shop experience. Found Express Pawn Shop after reading so many of other happy customer reviews on Yelp. I am a stickler for service. And they were Exceptional. Efficient, fair, organized, clean. Took great care of my electronics while at the shop. I almost ended up extended everything I had there, just to catch some of their bargains.

The item I purchased didn’t work. I call them and they told me to come back and exchange it. The second one did work but unfortunately a part of it was broken. I went back and he gave me back all my money. Overall great customer service.
