They were busy. But they got me in and took care of business. Never have I had a problem. They also have a regular mechanic to take care of brakes, water pumps, hoses and belts. Just an all around good place to do business.

I went to get a tire plugged and they told me that it could not be plugged because there was a “cut” in the sidewall of the tire & that I would need a new tire. They never even showed me the cut. My tires were not even a year old so I knew something was not right. I asked them to just put my spare on and put my tire in the trunk and left. After I looked at my tire there was a screw, but it was in the tread and had not punctured all the way through. I went over to Jim Whaley & they plugged it with no issue at all and told me that I had some pretty good tires. Jim Whaley didn’t even charge me to plug my tire!! So either express oil doesn’t know how to plug tires or they are complete liars and crooks!

Good tire mount place. But they will try to sell you some roters for my truck to when I no I only needed some brake pads. So be careful when you go there
