Attempted to call to make an appointment, but did not receive an answer after multiple attempts. The website prompted me to make an online appointment instead, which I did. After arriving to the appointment 20 minutes early, I spent almost an additional 20 minutes ( 40 in total) before being greeted. A short time later a technician questioned me who I made an appointment with. After I explained it was online, I was told we don’t mess with that online stuff here. You can leave it but it will be at the back of the line. I questioned the technician about why the website would let you make appointments and get said that’s not my job. First and last time I will ever use this business.
