I had came in to get a tire changed. Place was packed out, that’s cool, I dont mind.They have the tire I want but can’t put it on the day of because of time constraints, that’s okay.The manager, who’s name I will withhold, told me that no other tire shop was open that day and I would have to come back on Monday, although I had already came from Walmart TLE and they were changing tires.I go up the road and to the other Express Oil and tire center. They have my size tire and change it for me.Now why the manager of this store lied to me on both occasions is beyond me. I can only assume he was trying to save his sales instead of trying to help a brother out.I’ll be going to the Express Oil on 280, instead. There’s good people there.

Great customer service, topped all fluids did an oil change cleaned my air filter even washed my dirty windows. Highly satisfied with how I was treated as a female customer

I am extremely happy with the excellent customer service, the cleanliness of the shop and the knowledgeable technicians they have at this location. The wait time was a little long, but it is ladies day on Tuesdays. Overall it was a great experience, looking forward to their continued car of my vehicle.
