The service of course… the product we loved but the service provided by this company was terrible and unreliable… it took close to 2 days to get my bed delivered and on top of that had to pay more money to get a certain box spring that did not fit thru my door….other companies have done this at no extra cost… seriously re-consider this store…. unreliable management and delivery… I will not be recommendation this store to anyone….had to make several phone calls to get someone to explain what was going on.
