I’ve been an express shopper for a few years now. I think their clothes are well fitted for a smart casual or formal look and can easily be dressed up or down. I especially like their jackets and pants. This store is well maintained and the staff is helpful. I usually check the new collection online before coming to the store. The store is organized pretty well as most of the times I was able to find an item that I liked online.

Today I went into express looking for some pants. There were some I liked but I didn’t see my size so I asked a team member there for help.( I think she was the manager) She offered to look in the back to see if they had any, which they didn’t; she then offered to look online for me, but they were also sold out. She didn’t give up and continue to assist me and brought me other options. Needless to say I went with one of her recommendations, she exceeded my expectations of customer service, she was attentive, helpful, courteous, and friendly. Thank you!!! Amazing customer service! Before I left I wanted to say thank you and get her name but I didn’t see her.
