It’s always a pleasure shopping here, the staff is always helpful when I’m looking for an outfit. Even when they’re busy, they’re happy to answer my questions on the fit and size or opening a dressing room. Returns and exchanges have been easy if you don’t pick the right item the first time.

Love their clothes except for the sports themed ones. And the customer service is horrible there! First off 2 employees were near the door, they did not greet us as we walked in. They didn’t even turn around. When we approached to ask for help they didn’t even acknowledge us. We had to interrupt their conversation to get some help. One was Male and the other a female. The entire time it was a hassle to get them to open a room and the dressing rooms were trashed! The place was filthy. I understand there was some remodeling going on at the time but not in the rooms where you try clothes on. Overall a terrible experience. It was obvious those 2 employees do not care for their jobs.

Nice place to shop, employee’s have been helpful when I needed help. They do always seem to be out of a lot of sizes, that’s the only downside to shopping in the store. Online always has my size. Other then that I love Express!
