Spent quite a bit of time trying on jeans off of one shelf that had a sign that advertised “Buy one pair, get one free”. We went to check out, and was told the sign did not apply. I asked why not, those are the only jeans even near the sign, and I was told she did not know why, but the sign did not apply. Great! Went to Macy’s got a better looking pair for 1/3 the price.

I’m sorry since the change over the service has gone down and I can’t always find the stuff that I use to be able to when they weren’t an outlet… It could just be the construction putting employees in a dismal mood but they use to be better. Pricing may be better but the service is what brings people back
