My experience wasn’t the best, as a matter of fact it was horrible. I been coming to this Express clothing store in Bayplaza for years and never had any issues. I notice the store is fully staff with new people. Upon coming in the store I wasn’t greeted, nor was I asked if I needed assistance. However, others that wasn’t Colored customers were. Being a colored female, this really bother me. Especially with all racial issues going on in this world today. I addressed this issue with the manager, who wasn’t Colored. Instead of her apologizing for the inconvenience, she had the audacity to question and interrogate me about the situation. The manager name is Samantha and oh yes I did file a complaint with headquarters about her and that one other staff.
