They sell stolen parts. I purchased a Mystery Box on their website. The weapon was an electronic M4 Carbine model by Matrix.Order No.: 165689581x – 14740 -Open Box Item – A Mystery Airsoft gun with value over $200The carbine had marks from a grinder on the upper receiver. The upper and lower receiver do not match colors either; looks like they’re mixed parts. This is suspicious enough to make me think parts of the weapon are possibly stolen. They did not give a direct response as to why the marks were on there.The pellets do not feed into the Carbine either.. the weapon has to be fired upside down. The other weapons purchased did not have this problem. I bought 2 other weapons in addition to this one with no defects. They said the item only had a 14 day warranty, but it was only ordered a week ago! They stopped responding. Will not purchase from Evike again due lack of customer support.Edit: After some prodding they finally agreed to take the M4 Carbine model back. They sent me a UPS tracking slip for the return. It took nearly an hour before they agreed, verbally on the phone, to process a refund. Moving to 2 stars.Edit: Moving back down to 1 star. They went back on their word and refused to give me a refund. They sent the same carbine back saying the defects were acceptable.

Great prices and selection… shipping times need major work. There’s nothing they can do about UPS or USPS times, but 5-7 days to print a shipping label is terrible and making me look for other options with better handling times. Hope it gets better because they do have a great selection.

DO NOT ORDER FROM EVIKEAs someone who works in the supply chain industry I feel embarrassed that I feel the need to write this. Evikes shipping and logistics is downright embarrassing. I place an expensive order on the 24th of May. A day later place a second smaller order of lipos. My first expensive order has been sitting in evikes warehouse for 10 days now while My smaller orders of lipos shipped out the next day. Lipos which can only ship ground shipping aka slowest shipping option, somehow leave the warehouse and arrive to me before a very expensive order with there UPS expedited shipping is even packed up and shipped.First off it should never take 10 days for a product that is listed as in stock to ship. that’s just down right lazy workers and poor management. If you can not handle that many orders and need ten days to ship out an order then completely re do your effin logistics. You check their website and their is “covid delays”…. I’m sorry but as someone who works in the supply chain industry their is ZERO covid delays unless your package is going through the US border to come to you. So now after calling 3 times and having an advance for my order to ship 3 times I am still sitting here with my order stuck in their warehouse.First off what the hell is going on in your warehouse where a package can sit for 10 days. I see reviews on here of people complaining about orders taking 20 days??? That’s just ridiculous, those are Chinese shipping speeds numbers. What’s funny is company’s like Alixpress are able to get me packages in 14 days from China and this company can’t even get my package off their dock in 10 days.Stay away from this company.
